FCCLA is one of the largest vocational student organizations in the U.S. Established in 1945, it encourages personal growth, leadership development, preparation for the future, and family and community involvement through Family and Consumer Science education.

At CHS the FCCLA chapter organizes Holiday Dance, the Christmas Clothing Drive & Store, and many family events. Members attend Fall Conference, State meeting and STAR Events. When the senior members go across the stage in May they receive a parting gift and flower to tell them thank-you for the years they spent being involved.

MESSAGE FROM THE ADVISOR

FCCLA is the only organization where the primary function deals with the family and careers in the Family & Consumer Science area. I really enjoy being the Advisor of this group. We have a really good group this year. As in the past, some of our members have shown great success in Technology, Vocational, and also at the College level.

Join in and be part of a fun and rewarding club.
